AMDG Audio Terms and Conditions

AMDG Audio provides a subscription service that allows our members to access our unique entertainment content over the internet.
***Internet connection is required to use this service.***

Regarding Content:

  1. We are simply reading old, out of print books written by Catholic authors and published by Catholic publishers. There is a lot of room for disagreement with various aspects of the content (although hopefully not in terms of doctrine!) It is entirely the responsibility of parents, teachers, and guardians to vet the stories for accuracy and/or discuss with your children the ideas, cultures, perspectives, and vocabulary contained therein that may or may not be in keeping with your own.
  2. Although many of the books are historical novels, not every detail is always historically accurate. It is again the responsibility of parents, teachers, and guardians to guide their children through additional research whenever possible.
  3. We are amateur narrators. We do our best but there may be the odd mistake or imperfection in our work. Slight imperfections are acceptable but it you happen upon a serious mistake that we somehow missed, please do let us know through the contact form. Thank you!

Regarding Your Account, Payments and Use of the Content:

  1. Your AMDG Audio membership will continue and automatically renew until terminated. You must cancel your membership before it renews in order to avoid billing of the membership fees for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method.
  2. The membership fee for the AMDG Audio service and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date indicated on the “Account” or “Billing Information” page. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription that you chose when you signed up for the service.
  3. You authorize us to charge the Payment Method associated with your account. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
  4. You can update your Payment Method by going to the “Account” or “Billing Information” page. We may also update your Payment Methods using information provided by the payment service providers. Following any update, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method.
  5. We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you. If you do not wish to accept the price change or change to your subscription plan, you can cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
  6. Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used membership periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.
  7. Regarding the LIFETIME Membership, we guarantee 3 years at minimum of service with regularly uploaded new audiobooks. In the unhappy event that the website must close or goes defunct, we will refund a prorated amount to make up the difference of loss of service up to 3 years. This refund would apply only to the Lifetime level, only if the audio library were to close down permanently, and only for those Lifetime members with less than 3 years of service at the time of closing, at a prorated rate.
  8. You must be at least 18 years of age to become a member of the AMDG Audio service. Individuals under the age of 18 may only utilize the service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, under such person’s account and otherwise subject to these Terms of Use.
  9.  The AMDG Audio service and any content accessed through our service are for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with individuals beyond your household. During your AMDG Audio membership, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the AMDG Audio service and content through the service. Except for the foregoing, no right, title or interest shall be transferred to you. MP3’s cannot be downloaded. You agree not to use the service for public performances. Teachers using their own accounts in their own classrooms are the only exception we grant automatically.
