File is an 8 x 10 image – 2400 X 3000 pixel JPG – maximum quality.
If the DD has white edges, you will receive a second JPG with an 8 x 10 trim guide.
Colors may vary due to differences in screens and printers.
For the very best results we recommend printing on semi-gloss cardstock.

We cannot help with technical difficulties with your printer, but please contact us if there is a problem with the file itself,
such as it won’t open, has been corrupted, is the wrong file, or if the colors are drastically off from our sample image.
None of these things should happen, but please contact us if they do. Include pictures of errors for faster resolution.
